By using Family Health, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
App Description
Family Health is a family health tracking application that helps parents monitor their children's temperature, medication, symptoms, and vaccination records. The app includes optional premium features, medication reminder notifications, growth tracking with CDC percentile charts, vaccine calendar export, doctor summary reports, and multi-country vaccine schedules. Family Health is intended for personal, non-commercial use.
Premium Subscriptions
Family Health offers optional premium features as add-ons to the free app. All purchases are processed through the Apple App Store. Subscriptions auto-renew unless you cancel before the renewal date. To cancel, go to App Store > your profile > Subscriptions and select Family Health. Refund requests are handled by Apple per their refund policy. Pricing may vary by region and is displayed in the App Store before purchase.
Medical Disclaimer
Family Health is NOT a medical device and does NOT provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. The app is a tracking and record-keeping tool only. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional for medical decisions. In case of emergency, contact your local emergency services immediately.
User Responsibilities
You are responsible for the accuracy of data you enter. You agree to use the app only for its intended purpose of health tracking. You should not rely solely on this app for medical decisions.
Data Security
Family Health encrypts all health data stored on your device and offers an optional app lock feature (Face ID, Touch ID, or passcode). While we implement strong security measures, no method of electronic storage is 100% secure. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device.
Notifications
Family Health may request permission to send local notifications for medication dose reminders and episode check-ins. Granting this permission is entirely optional and does not affect any other app functionality. All reminders are processed on your device and no notification data is shared externally.
Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of Family Health are owned by us and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app. The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
Termination
You may stop using the app at any time by uninstalling it. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the app at any time.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
